(“United”)(NASDAQ: UBSI), announced the completion of its acquisition of Carolina Financial Corporation (“Carolina Financial”) (NASDAQ: CARO), the parent company of CresCom Bank (“CresCom”) with $4.8 billion in assets, headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
